If you are not able to reschedule then the property will be photographed as is. You do have the option to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If you prefer a specific photographer, we will try to schedule them for your session. This all depends on their availability and if they have any previously booked appointments conflicting with your requests.

Media Estate Visuals owns all copyrights associated with all photo sessions. Media Estate Visuals may be willing to discuss selling copyright ownership. Please contact us to discuss options.

Videography refers to capturing moments and live events while Cinematography is more of an artistic approach to filmmaking

We accept appointments in the North Texas and South Florida areas. We also consider sessions outside our service areas.

Zillow 3D Home Tours: 


  • Images are shot with an iPhone or the highest-fidelity 360° camera such as a Ricoh Theta Z1
  • Images cannot be extracted at all and are built only to be hosted in the cloud
  • These tours are given priority visibility on the Zillow platform including their mobile app and, on the desktop, as well as a 7-day boost in their search and email notifications to people with saved searches. This is a HUGE benefit to the Zillow 3D Home Tours
  • The app is free, but you need to know how to use it – and the right equipment goes a long way! I did create a tutorial for DIY photos using the app at the beginning of the shelter-in-place, and there have been several thousand views of that instructional video here
  • Because the app is free and Zillow wants to have more users add their tours and *verify* them, this is important for their value to Zillow, so they let you keep them hosted at no charge
  • Currently, floor plans are only available in some cities, but they are not yet available in the Bay Area. I know that they are being piloted in nearby counties, but not yet in the immediate vicinity
  • Also, the tours don’t have a lot of detail that can be added, they are just a straightforward walking tour. 
  • Cost-effective – at a low hosting price and with speedy capture, we have priced these in-line so that anyone can use them no matter the price bracket on their listing 
  • A 3D Home icon shows up on the Zillow map. Matterport doesn’t have this!
  • Speed – Zillow 3D Home Tour content can be created in about 15-25 minutes depending on the size of the home and the number of panos, and it is processed in 15 minutes! 

Here is what you get with a Matterport 3D Tour: 


  • 3D Dollhouse view and floor plans generated to preview in every tour
  • 2D Schematic floor plans with dimensions can be generated and ordered directly from Matterport, within 1% accuracy
  • Walkable tour that can be viewed via a link or embedded for viewing easily in the cloud on mobile and on any web browser
  • Hosting fees apply to all spaces (but we will offer the first 60 days free on residential listings) 
  • Great HDR photography that can be extracted and used in place of regular still photography for some properties 
  • Mattertags, or interactive elements that can add storytelling capability to your tours
  • Face blur
  • Highlight reel
  • Takes about 30-45 minutes per 1000 square feet for residential. Processing time is usually 2-12 hours. 
  • And, of course, you can view this content extremely well in a VR peripheral device like an Oculus Quest or Quest 2

States are transitioning many old and new highways to toll roads. This is an extra expense where the price can fluctuate depending on the time of day. Plus, some locations are further than our immediate service areas. To cover our photographer’s travel cost and additional time to travel to a session we may add a trip fee. This fee goes directly to the photographer.

Travel fees are based on where our photographer is located, their immediate service area. We try to schedule photographers near the appointments we receive so we do not have to charge a trip fee. Sometimes this is not possible, especially if photographers near your service area are booked or not available. 

Some bookings may require a trip fee. Please use our color-guided maps to see where your listing lands on our color grid.

Media Estate Visuals not only believes in customer service but also in supporting our contracted photographers who may have other shoots during the day. By adjusting their schedule to a specific shoot, they may miss out on other sessions. Therefore, we only give the option to book the date of your shoot and not a specific time; and why we give a 2-hour timeframe for an estimated arrival prior to each shoot. If there is flexibility in your schedule, we suggest only booking the date and not requesting a specific time

Most likely because the home was not ready, or the photographer was there longer due to interruptions from tenants or agents. The 2-hour timeframe does not mean the photographer will be at your home for 2 hours. The 2-hour timeframe means they will arrive sometime within those 2 hours given. For example: If your photographer communicated, they would arrive sometime between 1 PM- 3 PM then they may arrive at 1:29 PM, 2:33 PM, or whenever during those 2 hours. Remember, we may have other photoshoots on the same day you requested. Our photographer may be coming from a session to arrive at yours.


When the photographer arrives, the home needs to be photo-ready. This is not the time to move items, continue to clean, or pick up items. Please visit the preparation page for tips to have your home ready!


No. At this moment we do not offer printing services.

Some additional photoshop edits are possible, some are not. We do offer photoshop enhancements and object removal that range in cost between $15 – $50 an image. The costs depend on the complexity of the edits. 

We caution you on the edits you request if you are using the image for property listings. This is to avoid misleading advertising. Please contact us to discuss photoshop edits

Usually, agents/sellers are focused on obtaining high-quality images as soon as possible to get their properties online and sold quickly. But, with most developers, designers, and influencers it’s all about the aesthetic to achieve the highest return on investment.

The right lighting, extensive editing, or the most captivating cinematography can lead to huge contracts for developers, repeat business for designers, and content for magazine publications, hotels, influencers, and more. These projects take more time, planning, and costs to execute. This is where Media Estate Visuals excels!

Media Estate Visuals reserves the right to change and alter its prices and policies.

If a home has a square footage of 3,400 Sq. Ft. and you only wish to purchase the Estate HDR 45 which has a maximum square footage of 3,300 or any other bundle or service (within reason) Media Estate Visuals will proceed with your purchase and perform the services associated with your order.

We are a company that focuses on quality and not quantity. We do not accept every job because we do not wish to overextend ourselves. Luxury listings and high end trade magazines that focus on aesthetics are where we shine. We believe in supreme customer service, and servicing our client’s sessions with the utmost care and attention. 


We currently accept payments primarily thru PayPal. But in emergency situations, we will accept payments thru Zelle, Cashapp, or cash.

No. PayPal allows you to use a credit card and check out as a guest.

Photography is a subjective art. Depending on the services booked we may (at our discretion) refund up to 50% of your order. Before doing so we must first cover the costs of the photographer, trip fees, photo editor, or any additional editing services used to provide your order. If we really drop the ball, then we can discuss credit or refund options.

We cannot issue refunds if the photos/video/floor plans/ 3D tours/virtual staging have been uploaded/posted anywhere online. This includes, but is not limited to, MLS services, real estate websites, personal websites, our customized marketing website, and all social media platforms. Similarly, if the photos have been used for print materials or print advertisement, we cannot offer a refund.

As Judge Judy says, “If you eat the steak, and then say to the waiter don’t give me a bill for this steak, I didn’t like it. You have no case”.

You will only receive a refund if you cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You also have the option to reschedule if you wish.

Media Estate Visuals processes payments and refunds thru PayPal for most transactions. If you paid through Zelle, Cashapp, or cash we process those refunds as soon as possible. If you made payment thru PayPal, please visit PayPal’s site for an estimated refund time frame.

If you wish to cancel your session you have until 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to do so at no charge. You will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 
If you cancel your appointment after your 24 hour deadline, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

We accept limited appointments from clients daily and assign available photographers. If you cancel your session after your 24-hour deadline there is a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel before 24 hours, you will have the choice to receive a full refund or reschedule your appointment. If the photographer was in transit or arrived at the scheduled location, you will receive a refund less any travel fees, photographer fees, or both.

Weather-related cancellations are subject to our terms of service. Some weather conditions can adversely affect exterior home photo quality or prevent safe drone flight. In the event of unfavorable weather, the interior photos will be photographed as planned, permitting weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made for exterior and/or aerial re-shoots and additional fees may apply unless full cancellation is made 24-hours prior to appointment.

In the case of high winds, thunderstorms, or other hazardous conditions, the contracted photographer reserves the right to determine if proceeding with the shoot is possible. The CLIENT must call at least two (2) hours ahead to discuss current weather conditions. If negative weather could impact the photoshoot the CLIENT may reschedule but will be charged an additional $50 fee. It is at the client’s discretion to determine whether to reschedule or accept the risk that the photo shoot may result in certain undesired images or have other services missing. In the case the photographer needs to return to finish the assignment, the client will be responsible for the additional expenses (travel fees, etc.).


There are some items you may have requested that require an additional fee such as a trip fee, schedule fee, or a special request that was not a part of your original order. We remove watermarks and provide a link to download your marketing images and content once we receive the remainder of what is owed.

If you still owe additional fees such as for travel, photoshop edits, special requests, etc. you will receive a link to download your marketing images and content once we receive the remainder of what is owed.

Your marketing page allows you to add information about your listing, images, 3D tours, video, visual location of the property, floor plans, and branded information about you and the company you represent.

Depending on the bundle or addons you have purchased we will load your content and information for you on your personalized marketing page. You will need to provide Media Estate Visuals details of your listing. View a sample here.

If you have fully paid your order, you will receive your photos by email via a link from Dropbox. If not, you will receive a link to a page to view your images with a watermark until your bill is paid.

Media Estate Visuals host HD and 4K cinematic property videos on Vimeo. We can provide a link and password to download your video.

We usually keep all marketing pages and marketing materials (images, video, 3D walkthrough, etc.) active for 90 days or until the property is sold, whichever comes first.
